She began her locs journey with Sisterlocks. She has been locked for 16yrs. She recently suffered postpartum.
Interesting fact, we didn't realise she has experienced hair loss until we discovered bushy strands between her Knotted Locs! This is because,
before this 4 months growth re-locking session, her previous re-locking session was 5 months prior. The break was so long as she adjusted to her newest mummy role, that her scalp had time to recover without any disturbance from re-locking. Her long re-locking gaps are possible simply because her locs are in knots.
About Me
My Name Is Melissa Blake and I am the Creator of #KnottedLocs. I am a Small & Medium Size Locs Expert based in London. I felt it was time to wear small size locs freely with no restrictions.
Today my clients and those I teach, re-lock 4 times a year or even in this client's case 3 times a year.
