The Importance Of Water For African Hair.

Can I oil and wet my

Knotted Locs?

Absolutely Yes!

Hydration is key to sustainable Small Size Locs Fullness. Oil helps keep our locs dampened for longer and is an excellent head lice repellent.

Water is the source of life, the elasticity in our hair makes our strands extremely strong and adaptable. With water saturate in a loc, I am able to mould a loc into shape. It enables a much more pliable texture of #smallsizelocks.

10. Benefits of water in our small size locs.

  1. Extremely improved hygiene practices.

  2. Clearer and cleaner pores.

  3. Easier to separate regrowth.

  4. Locs are fuller when damp.

  5. Soothes effect on scalp.

  6. Blend & manipulate locs.

  7. Hydration for strength.

  8. More sustainable.

  9. Better elasticity.

  10. Conditional locs conditioning.

Because our #smallsizelocks are in Knotted Locs, we are free to wet our locs as often as we choose to because our knots don't move. This enables the instant reduction of 6 weekly re-tightening sessions.

Today, all Knotted Locs are re-locked at least 4 Times A Year.

Thank you for visiting My Knotted Locs Space, this is your space. A space, to help you understand what healthy #SmallSizeLocs #MediumSizeLocs

look like.

My experience covers a total of 18yrs, from wearing Sisterlocks where it all began for me learning about what mostly my hair & scalp doesn't like (i.e pain, no oil, tight pulling) to what it loves (water, oil, loosen re-locking process).

I share everything I have learnt over the last 12yrs as a Loctician, I share it here. You do have to be patient with me as it's just me right now, responding to queries, working with clients and creating content.

My What's App does work, all enquiries will be responded to within 72hrs.

In the meantime, please do continue re visiting this space, send me direct questions via my chat or What's App or my
