The Dangers of Sisterlocks Retightenings & Thinning Locks. HELP!

I spotted this share in a Sisterlocks Group.
This is typical of the Sisterlocks worries I come across, because initially hair loss is subtle, only you begin to notice (or someone very close to you) your locks are thinning. The typical first year response is to seeing more of your scalp is, 'Nahhhhhh... No way, am I losing my hair!'
"Vigorous washing and scrubbing results in hair being pulled out at the roots."
If this is true, follicles are being pulled out from retightenings, making vigorous washes a problem, where there shouldn't be any issues with washing. Weakening roots generally starts from TIGHTENINGS which are Re-peated every 5 - 6 weeks?
Please consider resting your scalp for longer to avoid exacerbating the beginning of your hair loss experience as if you do not change your retightenings routine it might lead to worse.
Also wet your locs as often as you can to strengthen your strands.
Self medicating and ignoring the warning signs of the damage your retightenings are having on your head can lead to this action!
